1992
PEARL was founded on Oct 28th,1992.
1996
We move the factory to Dashi town in new building and changed our factory name to “Panyu Pearl Clock factory”.
PEARL attended the Canton fair for the 1st time in April 1996. And we got orders amounted to USD1,000,000.00. It’s the beginning of our exporting business.
1997
We registed “PEARL” brand.
1998
PEARL was certified as ISO9000 international quality control system.
2000-2002
Five new factories were established:
- Guangzhou Panyu Ostar electronics Co., Ltd.
- Guangzhou Esens Electronics Co., Ltd.
- Guangzhou Pavia Digi-tech Co., Ltd.
- Pearl Group (Hongkong) Industry Co., Ltd.
- Guangzhou Wink Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
2007
PEARL was rewarded as "Guangzhou City Well-credit Standing Company"
We purchased two H.K. based factories: Aupo Exquisie MFY (Shenzhen) Ltd. and Coma & Co.,Ltd.
2008
Four new factories was established to manufacture watch movements, and our watch movement ranks No. 1 in China.
2010
PEARL invested company, HICONICS (SZ.30048) went public in Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
